Food
Luwombo
A traditional dish featuring meat (often chicken or beef), groundnut sauce, and vegetables, all steamed together in banana leaves for a rich, aromatic flavor.
Posho
A staple of Ugandan cuisine, posho is a stiff maize porridge served as a base for stews and sauces, commonly eaten throughout Bugiri.
Malewa
