Signal de Bougy Park is a renowned recreational area located on a 707-meter high hill above Aubonne in the municipality of Bougy-Villars, Vaud, Switzerland. Celebrated since the 18th century for its breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Savoy Alps, the park offers a wide range of outdoor activities including playgrounds, a mini-golf course, sports fields (beach volleyball, streetball, football), jogging trails, and a rope course. It also features a wildlife park with domestic and wild animals, all accessible free of charge, funded by the Migros cooperative. The park's design was realized starting in 1971 after the demolition of a former hotel, with the aim to preserve natural landscapes and provide public access. Today, the park covers 110 hectares, with 30 hectares open to visitors, complemented by an 18-hole golf course nearby. The park restaurant operates seasonally and can host seminars and events. Its location between Geneva and Lausanne makes it easily accessible by car and public transport, making it an ideal destination for families and groups seeking nature, leisure, and panoramic vistas.
