1975

Originally a wild marshland before 1975, the area was transformed between 1976 and 1978 through city-led efforts involving thousands of workers who drained and cultivated the land.

1983

By 1983, the park covered about 30 hectares and was managed by District 11, with multiple companies overseeing its operation.

1989

In 1989, management passed to the Phu Tho Travel Service Company, which has since invested in developing the park's unique features and expanding its attractions, including the 2005 addition of the musical water show inspired by Singapore's Sentosa Island.
