1967

Most SNP was constructed between 1967 and 1972 based on a design by engineers Arpád Tesár and Jozef Zvara, and architects Jozef Lacko, Ladislav Kušnír, and Ivan Slameň.

At the time of its completion, it was the world's largest single-pylon suspension bridge and remains the largest of its kind with one pylon and one plane of suspension.
