2013

Ekebergparken Sculpture Park was inaugurated on 26 September 2013, initiated by Christian Ringnes who set aside significant funding to establish and maintain the park for at least 50 years.

It was developed on a wooded area in Oslo, with the first 31 sculptures installed at opening.

2015

By 2015, the park was fully established with trails, water features, and at least 25 sculptures.

The foundation has planned for the collection to grow to eighty sculptures, ensuring continuous cultural enrichment.
