Kalnapilio Arena, formerly known as Cido Arena and Panevėžio Arena, is a versatile sports and entertainment complex located near the city center of Panevėžys, Lithuania. Opened in 2008, the arena was constructed through a public-private partnership based on a concession agreement with the city municipality. The oval-shaped building stands as tall as an eight-story building and includes a distinctive indoor cycling track, the only covered velodrome in the Baltic states, recognized as one of the top five velodromes worldwide. The arena has hosted significant sporting events, including the 2011 European Men's Basketball Championship first stage and the 2012 European Track Cycling Championships. After the concession ended in 2022, management was transferred to the Panevėžys Sports Center, and the arena was renamed Kalnapilio Arena. It serves as a hub for various sports, entertainment, and business activities, offering a modern venue for both local and international events.
