歴史
Global Village began in January 1997 as a small collection of kiosks located on Dubai Creek opposite the Dubai Municipality.
After several years, it moved to the Oud Metha area near Wafi City for five years before settling at its current location near Sheikh Zayed Road exit 37 in Wadi Al Safa 4.
Over the years, it has expanded significantly in size and scope, growing to host over 90 countries and attracting millions of visitors per season.
The 25th anniversary season in 2020 was marked by extended opening hours and special accommodations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reflecting its adaptability and enduring popularity.
