The Falconry Center Dubrava was established to preserve and promote the ancient practice of falconry in Croatia.

Its founder, Emilio Menđušić, received the “Ivo Horvat” award from the Croatian Ministry of Culture in 2009 and a city award in 2010 for outstanding achievements in nature conservation.
